Full First Floor Remodel

This full first-floor remodel transformed the home’s main living spaces, including the kitchen and dining areas.

The project included installation of new French doors and windows, expansion of openings between living spaces, and full upgrades to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and gas systems. Custom cabinetry and built-in seating were added to enhance functionality and design.

Existing hardwood floors were refinished, and new flooring was installed to seamlessly match throughout the home. The project was completed with new trim, millwork, exterior siding repairs, and full interior and exterior painting.
