Basement Remodel

This basement remodel transformed multiple areas of the home, including a new bathroom, laundry/craft room, mud room, and connecting hallways, creating a more functional and cohesive living space.

A key upgrade involved converting an existing Jack and Jill bathroom into a single, more spacious bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower with a pony wall, bench, and built-in niche.

Custom cabinetry was installed throughout the bathroom, mud room, and laundry/craft room, adding both functionality and design continuity. The project also included new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to support the updated layout.

High-quality finishes were incorporated, including tile work in the shower and laundry backsplash, along with quartz surfaces on the shower elements, vanity, and cabinetry.

To complete the remodel, new drywall, paint, doors, casings, and wood base trim were installed throughout, along with additional updates in adjoining basement spaces. The result is a fully updated lower level designed for both practicality and modern comfort.
