Basement & Kitchen Remodel (Phased Project)


This project was completed in two phases, focusing on both basement remodeling and later kitchen and dining updates.


In the first phase (2024), the basement was fully remodeled to include a renovated bathroom, laundry area, and additional storage. Custom cabinetry was built for the laundry and storage spaces, including a dedicated cubby for a dog kennel. The space was upgraded with new plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, paint, and stone slab countertops, along with a tiled backsplash and a wallpaper accent wall.


In the second phase (2026), the kitchen and dining areas were updated while retaining the existing kitchen cabinetry. New custom-built bench seating, storage, and floating shelves were added in the dining area to seamlessly match the existing cabinets. The project also included new quartz countertops, a tiled backsplash, select plumbing and electrical upgrades, and updated paint and accent wallpaper.



Together, both phases created a cohesive and modernized living environment with thoughtful design continuity throughout the home.
