Basement Remodel with Wellness Features



This Capitol Hill basement remodel focused on creating a versatile and wellness-oriented living space. The existing bathroom was expanded and upgraded to include a sauna, cold plunge, and a large double shower—turning the basement into a private spa retreat.

Additional work included remodeling an existing gym, adding a flexible bonus room that can serve as either a home office or guest bedroom, and completing all new drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC updates throughout the space.

The finished basement now functions as both a wellness hub and a highly adaptable extension of the home.
