Exterior Deck Remodel

This exterior project focused on creating a durable and functional outdoor living space, featuring a composite TimberTech deck, custom wood railings, and an extended stair system.

Existing pavers, vegetation, and unsafe steps were removed, and the area was regraded with proper drainage. A compacted gravel base and waterproof membrane were installed to ensure long-term stability before constructing the new deck structure.

New treated framing and joists were installed to support the deck, along with a redesigned staircase connecting the upper deck to the lower yard, creating a safer and more gradual transition between levels. Composite decking was installed on the deck surface, stair treads, and a custom-built countertop for low maintenance and durability.



Additional finishing touches included painted posts, trim, and stair risers in white, giving the space a clean, cohesive, and polished appearance.
