Full Home Remodel – Fire Restoration
This project involved restoring and remodeling a home following fire damage, while also incorporating broader updates to improve the overall functionality and appearance of the space.
All fire-damaged materials were carefully removed, and the home was thoroughly cleaned to eliminate smoke and odors. Structural framing, doors, and affected wall systems were rebuilt, and the damaged roof
was fully replaced. The existing electrical system was decommissioned and replaced with all new wiring throughout the home.
To further protect the structure, a fire-retardant shellac coating was applied to all exposed framing, walls, and ceiling joists. New insulation was installed in both walls and ceilings to improve energy efficiency and comfort.
The interior was rebuilt with new drywall and finished throughout, along with installation of new doors, trim, and millwork across the home. The project was completed with full interior painting of all walls, ceilings, and woodwork, resulting in a clean, restored, and fully updated living space.
