Exterior Deck & Structural Repair

This project involved a full rebuild of a damaged exterior deck and restoration of the structure below to resolve water intrusion issues.

The existing slate deck and railings were removed due to significant failure and leaking into the storage shed below. The structure was rebuilt and fully waterproofed before installing a new composite Trex deck above, ensuring long-term durability and protection.

The shed below was repaired and refinished with new siding and trim to match the home. A custom railing system was constructed with wood framing and metal pickets, adding both safety and a modern aesthetic.

The project was completed with extensive preparation and repainting of the home’s exterior, including siding, trim, and all related elements, creating a cohesive and refreshed appearance across the property.
