Upstairs Expansion & Partial Basement Remodel

This extensive remodel included a full renovation of the home’s upper level, the addition of a second bathroom, and a partial remodel of the basement. The project also included a new kitchen and additional bathroom updates to improve overall flow and functionality.

Structural walls were removed and reframed to create new rooms and open spaces. The scope of work included all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting, along with a combination of newly installed hardwood flooring and refinished existing hardwoods.

The result is a thoughtfully reconfigured home that better supports modern living while preserving warmth and character.
