Customer had an unfinished basement, that we wanted remodeled to make into a large family room. Main items of work in the remodel included the following. 

• Remove non-structural wall between existing main area and back storage room (to have one large size family and TV room). 
• Remove all carpet and install new hardwood flooring throughout. 
• Remove dropped ceiling and panels. 
• Decommissioned existing wiring and run new wirings, and new ceiling can lights, GFCI outlets and hall lights Etc. 
• Updated and modified HVAC as needed. 
• We framed and drywalled over the ceiling and the drop down HVAC vents. 
• We installed new wood base trim throughout, and then custom painted all walls and ceilings, and painted new wood base trim, doors and casings etc.
