Customer had an unfinished basement, that we wanted remodeled to make into a large family room. Main items of work in the remodel included the following.

Remove non-structural wall between existing main area and back storage room (to have one large size family and TV room).
Remove all carpet and install new hardwood flooring throughout.
Remove dropped ceiling and panels.
Decommissioned existing wiring and run new wirings, and new ceiling can lights, GFCI outlets and hall lights Etc.
Updated and modified HVAC as needed.
We framed and drywalled over the ceiling and the drop down HVAC vents.
We installed new wood base trim throughout, and then custom painted all walls and ceilings, and painted new wood base trim, doors and casings etc.
