Full remodel on existing bedroom and update part of adjoining bathroom, scope of works to include.

Frame and build new walk in closet.
Our electrician run new circuits and wiring for 6 new can lights and wall mount heater.
Remove all existing drywall on walls and ceiling, and replace with new smooth finish drywall.
Install new wood base trim and new wood casings around all doors and windows.
Custom paint all walls, ceiling and all wood base trim and window and door casings. Paint adjoining bathroom.
New tiled floor on fireplace hearth, and new tiled floor on adjoining bathroom floor.
New plumbing, sink and toilet for adjoining bathroom.
Run new HVAC and venting to exterior for new (Panasonic whisper) bathroom fan.
