Unfinished basement, remodel works to include main family room area, bathroom and fireplace. 
  • Run new wiring and new heated wiring over the main walkway parts of the basement concrete floor. 
  • Install new 6”x36” walnut color wood plank porcelain tiles (to mimic hardwood aesthetic, but more durable and water resistant for a basement floor) over the entire basement floor (excluding bedroom and bathroom floors). 
  • New 1”X1” white hex tiles on bathroom floor and shower pan, with 1”x1” black hex tile perimeter deco stripe. 
  • New walk in shower and curb with 3”X6’ white subway tiles on walls, curb and bench, with stone slab cap on bench. 
  • Fabricated and installed new stone slab hearth and front for fireplace.
