Greenwood – Exterior Remodel (1927 Home)
This exterior remodel revitalized a 1927 home in the Greenwood neighborhood, combining landscape upgrades with detailed craftsmanship and a refreshed exterior finish.
The project began with a complete transformation of the front and side yards, including removal of existing vegetation and installation of new sod lawns, bordered with black metal edging and decorative black pebbles.
Integrated LED lighting was installed throughout the property, enhancing both the front and back pathways and outdoor spaces.
New custom cedar fencing was added around the front, side, and rear of the home. The fencing was primed and painted to match the updated exterior color palette, creating a cohesive and polished look.
We also installed new Pennsylvania bluestone pathways and stairs, supported by extensive groundwork and concrete formwork. Existing stone walls were removed and replaced with new concrete structures, finished with vertical bluestone and topped with black stone caps for a clean, durable finish.
To complete the transformation, the home’s exterior was fully refinished. The siding was power washed, prepped, primed, and painted a rich blue, replacing the original light green, while all trim was repainted white—resulting in a refreshed, timeless exterior appearance.
