Exterior & Hardscape Remodel (Maple Leaf)

This exterior remodel in the Maple Leaf neighborhood focused on upgrading both the landscaping and entry areas to create a clean, functional, and cohesive outdoor space.

The project included removal of existing concrete paths, vegetation, and soil, followed by installation of geotextile fabric and compacted gravel to prepare for new paver pathways at the front, side, and outdoor utility areas. New gravel areas were also installed along the side and rear of the home to improve drainage and usability.

A new custom fence and arbor were added at the front of the property, enhancing curb appeal and defining the entry space. The front porch was also rebuilt by framing over the existing concrete and installing Trex decking, creating a level and updated entry transition at the front door. webmaintenance@thryv.com
