Kitchen & Living Remodel

This remodel reimagined the kitchen and living spaces in a Northgate home by opening up the layout and modernizing finishes.

A large central fireplace and chimney were removed, requiring structural upgrades to the roof. A new TPO roof was installed, along with updated plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation.

The kitchen was upgraded with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, waterfall island features, and tile backsplashes. Flooring included a mix of refinished hardwood and new tile installation, and the project was completed with new doors, trim, millwork, and full interior painting.
