We remodeled the kitchen, dining room and other works for a home in the Northgate area. Highlights of the project included:

1. We removed the existing large brick fireplace from the middle of the existing living/dining room to make the kitchen and dining room larger.
2. Some structural work at the roof where the fireplace and chimney were removed. 
3. New plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, and flush mount ceiling stove hood over the island.
4. We replaced the existing roof with a new TPO roof.
5. Installed custom made kitchen and dining room cabinets.
6. Quartz slab on counters, island and waterfall.
7. Tile work on kitchen and dining room backsplashes, and larger hex tiles installed on the kitchen and dining room floors. 
8. Sanded and Refinished all remaining hardwood floors (on all floor areas not tiled).
9. Added insulation on all exposed exterior walls. Removed existing and replaced all new attic insulation (after new roof installation). 
10. Combination of new drywall installation and drywall repair works.
11. Installed new doors for 3 three bedrooms, office, bathroom and storage room.
12. Installed new door casings and wood base trim around all areas including the adjoining hallway.
13. Painted walls, ceilings and all millwork. Stained and sealed the new wood doors.
