Bathroom Remodel with Structural Repair

In this older home, we completed a full remodel of a small bathroom, converting an existing bathtub into a walk-in shower. The customer selected a bold patterned tile, which we carefully installed to create a continuous design across the shower walls, curb, and built-in niche.

During demolition, we discovered significant water damage in the exterior wall. This required full replacement of structural framing and exterior siding, as well as installation of a new window before proceeding with the remodel. The project also included new drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, and installation of a new vanity, overhead storage, and bath hardware—resulting in a fully restored and updated space
