Phinney Ridge Projects

Full Main Living Remodel

This project included a full remodel of the kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with exterior updates, in a Phinney Ridge home.

The existing kitchen and flooring were removed, and the layout was expanded by opening a wall to increase usable space. Structural work was completed to support the new configuration, along with relocation of the back entry door and stairs.

New plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, and windows were installed, along with custom cabinetry and quartz surfaces throughout. New hardwood flooring was installed and finished with a Swedish finish, and the project was completed with updated millwork, interior painting, and exterior siding and trim repairs.
