Greenwood – Exterior Remodel Project

This exterior remodel in the Greenwood neighborhood transformed multiple outdoor living areas, enhancing both functionality and design.

The back deck was fully rebuilt, including removal of the existing structure and expansion of the footprint to create a larger, more usable space. New cedar posts, beams, railings, and stairs were installed, along with composite TimberTech decking on the upper level. Beneath the deck, we created a covered storage area with custom cedar lattice detailing and an access door for added convenience.

The project also included construction of a custom pergola, featuring cedar posts, exposed roof joists, and a black metal roof with integrated gutters and downspouts. A raised platform with matching composite decking ties the space together for a cohesive outdoor design.

Additional features included installation of a sauna on a new concrete pad, complete with electrical for the heater and protective exterior staining, as well as updates to the front deck with new posts, railings, and composite decking. The result is a seamless blend of modern durability and traditional craftsmanship across all exterior spaces.
