Full Home Remodel
This large-scale, year-long remodel—completed in April 2026—transformed nearly every aspect of the home while significantly improving layout and functionality.
A major part of the project involved removing a large central fireplace and mechanical room that limited the flow of the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Structural engineering and reinforcement allowed for expanded open spaces and new vaulted ceilings in the main living area.
The home underwent a full systems upgrade, including complete electrical rewiring, new plumbing, HVAC, and conversion to on-demand gas heating located in an exterior structure to maximize interior space. Due to existing conditions, all drywall was removed and replaced throughout the home.
The remodel also included new engineered flooring, updated doors and windows, and full interior finishing with new trim, millwork, and paint. The kitchen and adjoining spaces were upgraded with custom cabinetry, a large island, built-in dining seating, laundry room cabinetry, and stone slab counters with tiled backsplash, creating a modern, functional, and cohesive living environment.
