Remodel works at older home in the Edmonds Neighborhood.
Customer had an unfinished basement, that we wanted remodeled to make into a large family room. Main items of work in the remodel included the following:
- Remove non-structural wall between existing main area and back storage room (to have one large size family and TV room).
- Remove all carpet and install new hardwood flooring throughout.
- Remove dropped ceiling and panels.
- Decommissioned existing wiring and run new wirings, and new ceiling can lights, GFCI outlets and hall lights Etc.
- Updated and modified HVAC as needed.
- We framed and drywalled over the ceiling and the drop down HVAC vents.
- We installed new wood base trim throughout, and then custom painted all walls and ceilings, and painted new wood base trim, doors and casings etc.
