Home remodel project in the Broadview neighborhood.

We completed a full interior remodel on the entire upstairs main level floor of a home in the North Seattle area. The remodel included, kitchen, master bathroom and hall bathroom remodels, and then other remodel works in two other bedrooms, dining, living room, main entry and all hallways. The main items in the remodel included the following.

Full Kitchen Remodel.
Demolish old master bathroom entirely – frame and build new large master bathroom to include a large walk in shower, with bench, inbuilt niche and with a linear drain system (no curb). New toilet room and double vanity sink, inbuilt cabinet at side of shower, new lights, mirrors and other bathroom and shower fixtures and hardware.
Build new larger closet in master bathroom (with barn door) and extend to have a larger closet on the adjoining bedroom.
Refinish all the existing hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor (except both bathroom floors which are tile).
All new interior doors and closet doors throughout, with new frames and new wood door casings.
New front and back doors, frames and painting & staining.
All new wood base trim for all rooms.
All new custom painting throughout the entire floor, for walls ceiling, doors and casings etc.
Paint existing brick fireplace in the middle of the room.
New electrical, including new panel, for all new lighting throughout all rooms.
New plumbing for both bathroom and kitchen remodels.
New HVAC and venting for both bathrooms and kitchen stove hood.
