Older home in the Shoreline neighborhood of Seattle needed extensive exterior remodel and repair work.
Very little work/upkeep was performed in this home in many years, we worked closely with client to help update the home a little, and make home safe for client to live and move around, inside and outside the home. Scope of this recent remodel work included the following:
New roof.
New gutter system.
All new plumbing (from steel to cooper) to kitchen and bathroom run under the home from the crawl space; and a new heating tank.
Trimming vegetation, edging lawns, and cleaning up the exterior landscaping.
All new windows (9 each total) around entire home, new French doors to back deck, new back door and new kitchen bay window.
New back door and frame; and new front and back screen doors.
Removed moldy and wet material from front porch; and installed slip resistant coating over the concrete steps.
Repaired and replaced damaged and missing siding where needed.
Painted entire exterior of work, to include doors, and window and door frames and casings, and shutters; three different colors total.
Power washed entire back, front and side driveways and walkways.
Filled large pot holes with black top material.
Partially remodeled bathroom with new plumbing, tiled tub surround & newly tiled walk in shower, and tiled bathroom floor.
