Wallingford Project (Craig North)
Beautiful craftsman’s home in the Wallingford area.
Customer wanted to update a main floor bathroom, but still keep to the original style for their home, and the types of homes in their neighborhood. Key features of the remodel included:
- Remove existing tub and set aside, but change out all plumbing, and then reinstall tub with new curtain rail assembly at end of job.
- New vanity cabinet unit, with marble slab countertop and matching splash.
- Painted inbuilt cabinet above vanity, with inset mirror; and new lighting above.
- 1”x1” white hex tiles on the floor.
- Drywall repair, new wood base trim, all new painting on walls and ceiling (two colors on walls, “light gray” color up to the wood trim, second color “white” above wood trim to ceiling).
