Meadowbrook Project (Worthington)

This home combined some modern and craftsman styles in the Meadowbrook neighborhood.


Customer wanted bathroom remodeled to give a more clean and modern look. A brief list and some of the items included in the bathroom remodel are as follows:
  • Removed tub, modified sub floor and joists, and then installed a curbless walk in shower.
  • Tiled shower walls with 12”x24” through/color body porcelain tiles; to include a inbuilt shampoo niche and soap shelf, and a frameless shower door and fixed panel, mounted with heavy duty clips on walls. 
  • Continue shower tiles on window wall, and then wrap around and above the vanity, with two deco stripes of glass/stone mosaic tiles, running around the walls and vanity splash. 
  • Under floor heating with 12”x24” through/color body porcelain tiles. 
  • New bathroom door & new exterior bathroom window. 
  • New custom-made vanity counter, with an open shelf at the side of the toilet. 
  • Fabricated and installed new quartz stone slab on the vanity counter.  
  • All new drywall and painting. 
  • All new plumbing and electrical (rough in and finish work).
