Washington Park Project

Beautiful old craftsman home in the Washington Park Neighborhood of Seattle.

We remodeled the upstairs mater bathroom to keep to the original craftsman style of home, while adding a little modern touch and flair. Main scope of works included the following:
  • We removed the existing jetted tub, tiled tub walls, entire end wall of tub, and the drop ceiling above the tub (to allow for a larger size walk in shower).
  • Built a new walk in shower with tiled shower pan and curb.
  • Installed a under floor heating system.
  • Installed white honed marble 2”X2” hex tiles on the main floor.
  • Installed irregular subway size (2.5” x10.5”) gloss white ceramic tiles on the shower walls and curb.
  • Installed a custom made vanity cabinet unit.
  • Installed 3cm (polished white color) quartz stone slab on the vanity slab, we used the same material, to make two custom angled corner shelves in the shower.
  • Installed random size carrara mosaic tiles on the vanity splash, all the way to the ceiling.
  • Installed a new can light in shower and new light fixture above the vanity mirror.
  • Installed a heavy duty fixed glass panel over the curb.
