Some of the highlighted features in the bathroom include.
- Remove existing closet completely, to enlarge the footprint and space of new bathroom.
- New plumbing for tub, with tiled access panel on front for plumbing and electrical. New plumbing for sink and toilet.
- 4” high x 12” long Natural stone tiles on the tub shower walls.
- Custom made vanity counter.
- New stone quartz slab on the vanity counter; with two floating shelves on the end of tub, framed into the wall to support them. Also, tub ledge at end of tub to match the same material.
- New electrical, to include 2 wall mount sconces on each side of the custom framed mirror, new light in shower and new Panasonic whisper fan.
