Remodel bathroom of a 3 story townhouse in the Loyal Heights Neighborhood.
Customer wanted a basic bathroom remodeled to a modern contemporary look. Highlights of the remodel include.
- Removed tub, and built a walk in shower with tiled mud pan and curb.
- 12”x24” color body porcelain tiles on the shower walls and inbuilt niche, to continue as a tiled wainscoting around the room.
- 5/8” x5/8” mosaic tiles on the shower pan, using the same tile for the back of the inbuilt niche, and tiled vanity splash.
- New heated floor with programmable thermostat.
- 12”x24” color body porcelain tiles on the main bath floor, used same floor tiles to wrap all sides of the curb, and tiled base trim around the perimeter of the room.
- New sliding glass shower door.
